請問狗可以吃豬肉嗎

apple10 : 請問戴醫生﹐我在網路看到有人說狗狗不好吃豬肉﹐恰好我家小狗腸胃總是不太好﹐常常肚子咕咕叫﹐或者拉稀或者便便帶有鼻涕黏液一樣的東西﹐以前常這樣我沒有和豬肉聯繫起來﹐最近開始留意真的發現吃完豬肉就有上述現象的說﹐我留意到市面出售的狗糧以及狗食品幾乎沒有用豬肉做食材的﹐請問是否狗狗真的不能吃豬肉呢﹖謝謝
